3. Eligibility and Registration

To participate in standard Purifypurificati programs, you must be at least sixteen years of age. Youth programs for participants aged twelve to fifteen require written parental or guardian consent and additional safety documentation. By registering for any program, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the minimum age requirement or have obtained appropriate parental consent
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current
• You are physically capable of participating in outdoor recreation activities at the described intensity level

4. Booking and Payment

Bookings for recreation packages including the Coastal Trail Explorer ($189 AUD), Urban Park Fitness Circuit ($129 AUD), and Weekend Adventure Bundle ($349 AUD) are confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Payment must be made through approved payment methods specified at the time of booking. Purifypurificati reserves the right to cancel bookings where payment is not received within the specified timeframe. Group discounts for bookings of five or more participants are applied at our discretion and must be arranged prior to payment.

Receipts and booking confirmations are sent to the email address provided during registration. It is your responsibility to ensure contact details are accurate and to review confirmation materials for correctness.

5. Participant Conduct

All participants in Purifypurificati programs are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully. The following conduct is prohibited during programs and on our website:

• Behaviour that endangers yourself, other participants, guides, or members of the public
• Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances before or during outdoor recreation sessions
• Failure to follow safety instructions, route guidance, or equipment usage directions from program leaders
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour toward staff, guides, or fellow participants
• Damage to equipment, natural environments, or property encountered during programs
• Unauthorized use of Purifypurificati branding, content, or intellectual property
• Submission of false information during registration or health disclosures

Purifypurificati reserves the right to remove any participant from a session without refund if their conduct violates these terms or compromises the safety or enjoyment of others.

6. Assumption of Risk

Active recreation programs involve inherent risks associated with outdoor physical activities, including but not limited to uneven terrain, weather exposure, water activities, and physical exertion. By participating in any Purifypurificati program, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

Participants are responsible for assessing their own fitness and suitability for each program and for informing guides of any concerns before sessions commence.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law, Purifypurificati, its directors, employees, contractors, and guides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
